Our Fees

We offer a No Let – No Fee service.


TENANT FIND (INTRODUCTION) SERVICE

The agreed fee (as a percentage of the annual rent) will be payable in advance.

Our typical fee for this service stands at 6% + VAT.

 

RENT COLLECTION /MANAGEMENT SERVICE

The agreed fee (as a percentage of the rent) will be deducted only on a monthly basis from the rent.

Our typical fee for Rent Collection service is 8% + VAT

and Management Fee is 10% + VAT

Landlords fees are typically open to negotiation and will be agreed at the time of the Free, No Obligation Valuation with our director.
