Our History

Approaching our 25-year milestone, when looking back on the progression of our company it is interesting to see how the business has grown from its infancy to a management portfolio valued in excess of £500 million, firming our status as one of the area’s leading Lettings and Property Management Agents.

Lawlors Estate Agents was founded by Gerard Lawlor in the early years of the millennium and has been nurtured into the well-established, local, independent, sales & lettings client-centric company of today.

About Lawlors

Since its inception in the early 2000s in West London, the company’s founding principles have been the essence and influence which are embedded in our day-to-day operations. We know that in a service-based business, the key to success is in the level of customer care we provide.

Lawlors Estate Agents services include Residential and Commercial Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Block Management and Mortgages & Financial Advice.

Despite the global financial crash of 2007/2008 and the more recent worldwide pandemic of 2020 which affected the lives of individuals and business across the world, Lawlors remained undeterred. We vigorously adopted new practices to ensure that the repercussions on our clients was absolutely minimal.

Director Driven

When you build a business from the foundations upwards, the attachment and involvement stem deeper than that of a managed or acquired business. The honesty, integrity and professionalism which form our core ethics are seamlessly applied from the director through to each and all the staff.
